The art of Tai Chi provides a weight-bearing, low-impact aerobic workout that creates total equilibrium between mind and body.  You will learn to how to remain calm in the face of stress while developing strength and flexibility. Develop the ability to recognize and dissolve tension in your body and mind. 

Body Balance teaches traditional Tai Chi, often called "moving meditation". Tai Chi is a 20 minute sequence of slow motion exercises. 

Recommended for men and women of all ages regardless of athletic experience, many view Tai Chi as the ideal lifelong exercise program. It is excellent therapy for those recovering from injuries and disease such as fatigue, hypertension, and substance abuse. World-class athletes from all sports take their skills to the next level though the practice of Tai Chi.
