Body Balance Healing Arts teaches traditional Yang style Tai Chi (Taiji quan), often called "moving meditation". Tai Chi is a 20 minute sequence of slow motion exercises. Recommended for men and women of all ages regardless of athletic experience, many view Tai Chi as the ideal lifelong exercise program. It is excellent therapy for those recovering from injuries and disease such as fatigue, hypertension, and substance abuse. World-class athletes from all sports take their skills to the next level though the practice of Tai Chi.
