Mind Intent Boxing
Hsing I Boxing is one of the three major internal Chinese Martial Arts. Hsing I Chaun or Mind Intent Boxing derives its name from the fact that it takes the essential idea of each form it mimics. A strong point of Hsing I Boxing is that even when one is attacking, one still protects oneself and while defending also attacks. Every technique contains fa jing (shooting energy). In this course San Ti Su or Hsing I's fighting and meditation stance will be taught. This stance strengthens your entire body especially your knees and shoulders. This stance will teach you to be structurally solid and relaxed at the same time. The Five Fists will be taught, Splitting ~ Smashing ~ Drilling ~ Pounding and Crossing, along with applications. |
