Kung Fu Health Benefits

Kung Fu for physical health and personal development - cardiovascular exercise and fitness at its finest and most engaging.  You will learn crafty and complex moves while building stamina, flexibility, speed and coordination not to mention mental acuity.  Like Tai Chi, to master Kung Fu you will develop a calm alertness in the face of an attack and respond with quick, fluid movements.  Classes are taught with patience, fun and good humor.

This is an excellent environment and program for developing calm, confident, strong and capable children and young adults.  Our young students report increased focus and energy in their studies and good balance in their lives with Kung Fu practice.
